Trey like many of our rescues came with a sad story He lived most of his life in a crate until he came to us Was taunted by the previous gusrdians kids and has never seen a vet in the 6 years they had him
He had a very much needed dental got neutered had his vaccination / microchip
Trey is a very affectionate dog but is very warry of small children so we are asking for a home with older children or no children
Trey would love to find someone who would treat him the way he deserves With lots of TLC and proper vet care if it is ever needed down the road
He is a bigger chihuahua is around 12lbs

He was very loved by his family but due to losing one family member to cancer and losing their home shortly after
The family had to make the hearbreaking decision to find him another home

Age - 1 year Breed- lab crossGender - male Dogs - yes with proper introduction Nigel is a sweet dog who loves snuggling. He's awesome to walk and will remind you when it's time to go for one. We're working on recall but he never strays too far off leash. He does have a prey drive and will chase rabbits and squirrels. He's friendly with most dogs but not cats. He loves his squeaky toys and loves playing. He will do well with an active family and plays well with teenagers. Not recommended for smaller children as he isn't aware of his own size. He does like them though. . . He loves water but we've only gone to on-leash areas. He can go on walks with someone who is on an e-scooter and can probably go for walks with someone on rollerblades. He captures the hearts of those he meets. He has certainly caught ours. Nigel doesn't like car rides though. He gets car sick and would rather stay home if you try to take him for errands.. He does well home alone. Gender - male Age- aprox 8.5 months Breed German Shepherd Cross ✔️ Good with dogs ✔️Good with cats (Proper introductions and supervision is important)✔️ started introductions with farm animals.✔️Kennel trained Rip gets along great with other dogs ! can be a little pushy for little dogs so dogs his size or larger are best ❤️ pretty good on a leash not a big puller. does well in a kennel at night most nights, he sleeps all the way through till morning! occasionally he'll wake up if he has to go to the bathroom late at night. his house training is coming along nicely . Hey Everyone! MaeMae here! So I've had a rough start to my life but that's the past and let me tell you.....I'm not the same doggy I was even 3 months ago!!! I've been learning so many things in my foster home! My foster momma says I'm a very smart girl....actually she calls me smartie pants! It's true though. When I first got to my foster home, I wasn't a big fan of cats especially not them being in my own bubble. I've come so far!!!! My bestie is a kitten named Simba and I love him. He plays with my tail and now it's progressed to us playing together (as long as I'm gentle with him cuz he's pretty small still)and we lay on the floor together. I really like my foster brother and sister too. I just needed to adjust to them at my own pace. I have a hard time with the initial greeting of dogs. So I ask that anyone interested in me, if there is another dog, that we take it slow. I really appreciate that! Once I realize that my friends won't hurt me, I love them! I run and wrestle and play with my canine foster siblings and it's the best! I'm a good listener too so if I do something I'm not supposed to, if you tell me no I do listen! That's why I'm called a smartie pants. I do well in my crate but I have also recently been left out for a few hours at a time with my foster siblings and I was such a good girl! I didn't get into anything I wasn't supposed to. I love to chew on frozen bones and thankfully my foster momma stocks the freezer for us. I sometimes growl when the bones are out but if foster momma says no growling or I take it away, I stop. I've gotten really good with bones and such. I still get my meals in my crate but I eat faster than my siblings do and if I eat their food too, foster mamma says I am gonna end up being a chunky monkey! I love love love car rides! I learned from my foster sister and brother that it's awesome to hang your head out the window. Now the child locks are always on cuz we figured out how to roll it down all the way.....hehehehe. I'm looking for my furever home. I really really want a forever home. That's what I am asking Santa for. My very own furever home.
